Dawnya spent the last several years volunteering with NAMI and Via Hope while preparing taxes during the tax season. Dawnya’s hobbies include crocheting, playing with her dogs and spending time with family and friends. Dawnya is passionate about serving those struggling with substance use. Her most meaningful memories during her recovery journey are the fun and relationships gained and learning to live sober. Her favorite meeting topics are acceptance, unconditional love, and understanding.
