Michelle serves as Executive Assistant on the Rise Recovery Team. She arrived in San Antonio as a high school military brat & never left. Her previous roles include teacher, life coach, stay at home mom, marketing rep as well as volunteer or staff wearing many hats in the local non profit community of the San Antonio. Her absolute favorite role is being mom to 4 amazing young adults. She is also an active volunteer in her church and in the community.

Michelle believes in finding the hidden potential in every person/situation then creating an environment for the upward growth to unfold. The eternal optimist, she has a knack for visualizing a positive outcome even in the most dire set of circumstances. Her faith has shown her irrefutable truth over and over that this can and does happen regularly! She is an active member of several recovery groups and enjoys talking Program with others as excited about freedom as she is.
