Cathryn “Cat” Daman is a Peer Recovery Coach serving in our Youth Group. Cat moved to San Antonio when she learned about the recovery community and knew she could find help. It hasn’t always been an easy road but she continued to persevere. Her sobriety date is June 16, 2021 and for that she is truly grateful. She knows that without her faith in her Higher Power that she would not be where she is today.

Cat’s passion for serving youth is deep rooted as she was a teen addict who did not have anyone or any place like Rise Recovery to help and support her when she needed it the most. She feels blessed to be able to do that for youth who are struggling as she did.
