“Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Tifinie Williams started her career at Rise Recovery in early 2021 as the Executive Assistant and worked her way to the Director of Human Resources role by the end of 2022. In May 2023, she was offered the opportunity to serve the community, staff and stakeholders in a more direct capacity and accepted the position as the Director of Program Services. Her passion for this work comes from seeing first-hand the damage addiction will do to the family unit. She credits her “Rise Family” with teaching her healthy boundaries, self-care and how to truly love herself and her family.

Working in a supportive role, her unique insight and calling to serve her community enables her to be an asset in her professional life.

In her free time, Tifinie enjoys reading, music, and loves to travel. Family is the most important thing in her life and she spends as much time with her mom, Nina and her 3 daughters, Caedin, Jansin and Daytin as possible.
