On November 5, 2021, Rise Recovery celebrated with staff, major donors, board of trustees and community partners during a milestone topping off ceremony where the final steel beam was placed on the Harvey E. Najim Youth Center, one of two buildings being constructed. The Rise Recovery Charlie Naylor Campus is located at 2803 Mossrock in San Antonio, TX and is set to open its doors in Summer of 2022.
