CISD Program
In-School Recovery Support for Students Ages 12–17
Our CISD Services
Rise Recovery’s Community ISD Program partners with school districts to bring substance use prevention, counseling, peer recovery support, and recovery-centered resources directly to students during the school day, when support is most accessible.
In-School Counseling
Licensed drug and alcohol counselors provide confidential, evidence-based support during the school day, helping students address substance use, build healthy coping skills, strengthen decision-making, and work toward lasting recovery—all while remaining engaged in school..
Early Intervention & Screening
Each year, students have the opportunity to participate in a Youth Leadership Development Program that builds confidence, strengthens leadership and advocacy skills, empowers them to make healthy decisions, and helps them identify challenges before they escalate into a crisis.
Peer
Coaching
Peer recovery specialists provide mentorship through shared lived experience, helping students overcome challenges, strengthen recovery skills, make healthy decisions, and stay connected to a supportive recovery community.
Education & Leadership Development
Educational workshops, prevention programming, and leadership development that build awareness, strengthen resilience, and empower students to make healthy decisions while supporting positive, recovery-informed school communities.
Alternative Peer Groups
Students connect with peers who share similar goals in a supportive environment that promotes healthy choices, meaningful relationships, personal growth, and long-term recovery.
Collaborative Healing
Our whole-child approach supports students' emotional, social, family, academic, and recovery needs while partnering with school staff and families to provide collaboration, training, and community resources that strengthen the entire support system.
