
Did you know that walking quietly in the woods is a form of meditation? It really is. If the weather permits we will go for a hike at one of our local parks. Wear some rugged footwear and dress for the weather. It might be cold, but it might not, check the forecast because it could get hot! Bring some water and snacks in your knapsacks and fanny packs. We’re gonna have a real cool time no matter what…so come with us and get some sun, breathe some oxygen, and absorb the good spiritual Spring Break vibes. Tune into yourself and listen and hang around for our Tuesday night meeting and fellowship afterwards.
