Join us every Saturday morning at 8:30-9:30am for a RISE Yoga Class. This class will implement a dynamic self- care experience with breathing, gentle stretching and mindful resiliency designed to support, guide and nourish you on your path to well-being. Participants will gain tools in impulse control, self regulation and clear thinking while grounding in the mind-body connection. Those in recovery, caregivers and community are welcome to come.
