7 Pillars of Self Care Series
Join us for a seven week series into self care to guide, inspire, and cultivate the tools for prevention, mindfulness and flourishing health through mindfulness modalities. Modalities include yoga, meditation, sound healing, intention setting, the chakras, and more. Students will have handouts provided each week that also include a self care ‘homework’ intended for them to take with them into the week.

Discussion Prompt: What does connection mean to you? What is meaningful to you? What is spirituality to you? Energy Circle and sound bath to close.
