7 Pillars of Self Care Series
Join us for a seven week series into self care to guide, inspire, and cultivate the tools for prevention, mindfulness and flourishing health through mindfulness modalities. Modalities include yoga, meditation, sound healing, intention setting, the chakras, and more. Students will have handouts provided each week that also include a self care ‘homework’ intended for them to take with them into the week.

Practice Theme- Meditative Flow Practice x Yoga Nidra
Discussion Prompt: What is mindfulness? How do you listen to your intuition? What does that mean to you? What illusions do we tend to believe? How do we untangle from those? Close with brief meditation practice.
